Debbie King assisted my family during a difficult time. My mother’s health was failing, and she needed to live with my sister out of the local area. Mom had AvMed and we discovered it was only for South Florida doctors and open enrollment was months away. Panicked, Debbie guided us through the steps and she was able to enroll her with AARP by changing her address. This was a painstakingly long process for Debbie as she had to check all of my mother’s doctors and confirm that they were on the new plan. She always kept us up to date on each stage and was successful in changing mom to the new plan.

I cannot say how much her professionalism along with her patience and kind words helped us through this stressful time. We were able to focus on my mother’s health and wellbeing and not worry about Medicare through the entire process.
